AFM is the company that manages the 8 municipal pharmacies in Arezzo and an intermediate distribution warehouse.
We cover the whole city of Arezzo with the pharmacies and the whole province with the warehouse.
We have a claim for our pharmacies which is “Objective wellness”: the well-being of our citizens.
Our warehouse used to be a totally manual warehouse. The decision to automate part of our outfitting with Pharmathek is due to a strategy to improve efficiency.

We decided to automate the warehouse because we wanted to implement new activities and new services but we needed more space. Therefore, the installation of a robot allowed us to to offer a higher capacity of evading big orders.
This is because we stock in our Pharmathek robots over 45,000 pieces for over 3,000 references. It freed up space in the warehouse that we need for new services.
