Pharmacy Besqueut (in French, Pharmacie Besqueut) is equipped with a Pharmathek robot.

Doctor Besqueut chose to install a robotic warehouse during the renovation of his pharmacy. The project envisaged the installation of the robot in the basement. This choice, combined with a reorganization of the premises, has allowed the pharmacy to triple the space dedicated to the sales area and the customer, from 65 to 195 m².

Pharmacy Besqueut, located in Toulon, a city near Marseille, is one of the many French pharmacies that have chosen Pharmathek for warehouse automation.

Doctor Besqueut, what led you to decide to robotize your pharmacy?

We decided to install a Pharmathek warehouse robot because we were tired of wasting our time arranging medicines in the drawers. We wanted to be more in contact with customers in order to offer a better service while also increasing the sales of the parapharmaceutical products.

 

Are you satisfied with the Pharmathek robot?

Yes, we are satisfied with the Pharmathek robot. Now we can dedicate all our time to the customer, we are always with him to listen and advise him.

Our Pharmathek robot is easy to use and it is so fast and accurate that we have renamed it “Et Voilà!”
