Pharmacy De Antoni, managed by the brothers Filippo and Francesca, is a historical reference point for the local community. Community which, since the installation of the robotic warehouse, has found itself being looked after even better by the pharmacy staff.
The robot installed in this pharmacy is characterized by being particularly long, which led the owners to decide to insert not one but two mechanical grippers. This allows them to significantly increase the speed of products delivery.

Filippo: We chose to automate the pharmacy because, by managing many references, we needed to always have all the references at hand, especially those with low turnover.
Francesca: To free up some space to dedicate to the customer and to display products and thus have more time to dedicate to the customer during our work.
Filippo: So we looked at various products on the market and Pharmathek convinced us mainsly for technical reasons.
Francesca: We chose Pharmathek because it is a serious company that assures reliability.
Filippo: We expected to have more time for our clients and to waste less time looking for products.
Francesca: We expected to handle the stock better, regarding both expiring dates as product inventories.
Filippo: The convenience of having a robot is so big that we will never go back.
