The Pharmacy Dräxlmaier Im Westpark (in German, Im Westpark Dräxlmaier Apotheken) is equipped with a Pharmathek robot.

Doctor Dräxlmaier chose to automate her pharmacy because she wanted to offer a modern service to her customers while optimizing the management of the pharmacy.

The robot, which has big dimensions, is characterized by a very elegant aesthetic, half white and half black and with glass panels from which customers can see the mechanical manipulator moving from shelf to shelf.

Pharmacy Dräxlmaier Apotheken Im Westpark, located in Straubing, Germany, is the second pharmacy of the Dräxlmaier’s family that has been equipped with a Pharmathek robot. The other one is Dräxlmaier Apotheken im Dez (Regensburg).

Doctor Dräxlmaier, what led you to decide to automate your pharmacy?

We decided to install a robotic warehouse because we think it is an essential working tool in a modern pharmacy.

Having a robot is important not only to offer a cutting-edge service to your customers but also to be able to optimally manage the numerous references.

 

What led you to rely on Pharmathek for the automation of your pharmacy?

The previous positive experience. We have a Pharmathek robot in our pharmacy located in Regensburg in the Danube Shopping Center and we were so satisfied that we had no doubts about trusting Pharmathek for the automation of this second pharmacy as well.
