THE PHARMACIST’S FEEDBACK

Doctor Tissot, what led you to decide to robotize your pharmacy?

I chose to install a robotic warehouse because my pharmacy was not performing well and had lagged behind the evolution of the industry. I didn’t have a place to display non-prescription products, so I just sold prescription products. This resulted in a rather low turnover and very low margins.

It was necessary to do something, first of all renovating the sales area and inserting a department dedicated to dermocosmetics but I didn’t have enough surface available. The robot allowed me to save the space I needed to insert one.

Are you satisfied with your Pharmathek robot?

Definitely yes! The robot allowed me not to recover both space and time to dedicate to my customers. Being able to spend more time with them at the counter, I can advise them better, offering more products and this has allowed me to increase the turnover of the pharmacy.

In addition, few pharmacies in Switzerland are equipped with a pharmacy robot and this has allowed my pharmacy to obtain a modern and up-to-date image.

I’m very satisfied!
