Doctor Mestan, what led you to decide to robotize the pharmacy?

I chose to install a warehouse robot following the major pharmacy modernization project.

The pharmacy is located in a very busy shopping center so everything, from the need to modernize the management of pharmacies and products to the desire to expand the sales area, logically led to the choice of installing an automated warehouse.

 

What led you to rely on Pharmathek for the automation of your pharmacy?

First, the automation solution offered is very good.

Second, I was struck by the competent and attentive approach of Pharmathek people from the very first contact.

 

How did the pharmacy management change after the installation of the robot?

It has definitely changed for the better. Now we no longer have to leave customers at the counter to get the products in the back office: we can stay at the counter with them for the whole time. This allows us to advise them better and to make many additional sales.

About product management, the workflow is much simpler: storage and picking of products is automatic, the inventory is always updated in real time and without errors.

 

How did customers react to the robot?

Customers have been fascinated by the automated system: they observe it and show a lot of interest in the robot.
