Doctor Lloris Carsi, what led you to robotize your pharmacy?
The need arose on the occasion of the renovation of the pharmacy. To achieve our design objectives, it was essential to include a robotic warehouse.
What led you to decide to rely on Pharmathek for the automation of your pharmacy?
Two factors: the qualities of the robot and the Pharmathek people. The latter because I found myself dealing with very competent professionals who increased my confidence in the project.

Do you think this robot has made a difference in your pharmacy?
Certainly. This system allows us to offer a better service to the customer by staying with him longer. It allows us to delegate the entire management of the stock to the robot, which undoubtedly reduces the margin of error.
