What led you to decide to automate your pharmacy?

We have been interested in automation for some time but what prompted us to take the initiative was the presence of tax breaks that allowed us to install our robot with a profitable investment.

In addition to this, we knew that the installation of a robot for pharmacies would allow us to work in a faster and more modern way, both from the point of view of warehouse management and from the point of view of time spent in contact with the customers.

This is why when automating the pharmacy we have chosen to make the inside of the robot visible from the street through the window.
