PHARMACY SCHLOSS

Pharmacy Schloss (Schloß-Apotheke in German) is equipped with a Pharmathek robot.

The decision to automate the pharmacy warehouse was made by its owner, doctor Lickleder, during the renovation of the spaces.

The robot, installed behind the prescription counter but separated from the sales area by a wall, is characterized by its matte black colour and by the particular artistic decoration applied on the panels facing the pharmacy back office.

Pharmacy Schloss, located in Roth, a city in the south of Nuremberg, is one of the many German pharmacies that have chosen Pharmathek for warehouse automation.

THE PHARMACIST’S FEEDBACK

Doctor Lickleder, what led you to decide to automate your pharmacy?

I decided to robotise my pharmacy because I am convinced that automation is an essential tool for any modern pharmacy. The installation in particular took place on the occasion of the renovation of the pharmacy spaces.

What led you to decide to rely on Pharmathek for the automation of your pharmacy?

My collaborators and I have carefully examined a wide variety of automations suppliers. Among all, Pharmathek invited me to visit the production site in Italy, allowing me to personally witness the creation of the robots.

Although at the time of the choice Pharmathek was a company little known in Germany, I decided to rely on Pharmathek both because I was convinced by the solid and linear production process and because it had an excellent quality-price ratio.

The transport from Italy and the assembly were flawless, fast and precise.

What do you think of the result?

I’m very satisfied. The robot has perfectly integrated into our working flow. As a “member” of our team, we named it Luigi.

The robot demonstrates great reliability and requires little maintenance. I could say that its indispensable for all of us.

Of course, one of the most important element to consider when choosing the automation supplier, is a good customer service. And Pharmathek represents the benchmark.
